What is “Unwanted Residents”?

“Unwanted Residents” is the third studio album in the discography of Luke Hennisch, a culmination of two years. It is, at its core, an album exploring the dystopian nature of modern technology and its neverending growth. It also discusses themes of time, space, anxiety, nostalgia, paranoia, writer’s block, shopping centers and the importance of human connection. All of this has been collected into one single, unique 20-track musical experience. It ultimately functions as the greatest look into the sound and songwriting of Luke Hennisch than anything that has come before it.
